Gavin's Allye Designs does NOT accept returns or give refunds! Once your purchase is made it CANNOT be canceled for any reason.

We will make your order according to your specifications. Because the product is completely personalized, we can NOT accept returns or give a refund, so please check your order for correctness or message us with any questions before submitting your order.

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order and we will try our best to resolve any problems.

If there is an error on the shop's part we will gladly send you the corrected item after we receive the incorrect item back at the shop. Colors can vary from monitor to screen please look at your item on several different screens to make sure it is the color you want.

We will not cancel or refund an order unless there is an error on our part. If you order it the transaction is final. Again, once a purchase is made you will not be able to cancel for any reason so please check your order to be sure.

There are no refunds for not reading our shop policies and announcements before ordering.

We use USPS First Class or Priority Mail Priority Express is also available during checkout.

You will receive an email when the item(s) have shipped.

We are not responsible for items that are lost during shipping. Once we leave the package at the post office we have no control over delivery. If your tracking information states that an item has been delivered but you have not received it please contact your local post office.

All orders will ship to the shipping address you provided unless you specify otherwise at checkout, so please make sure you have the correct address listed, and that it is spelled correctly. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses because of spelling errors or an incorrect address listed on your order. If you have placed an order with incorrect shipping information, please message us as soon as possible so that we may correct the address before shipment.

FAQ

How does the sizing on the baseball tee/raglan shirt run?

The adult baseball tee shirts aren't fitted and they are unisex. They run a little big I am 5'4" 150lbs 36DD I wear the medium. Check shop updates for a reference to size picture. The youth run true to size.

How does the sizing on the tank tops run?

Tank tops run a little small it is recommended to order up a size.

Can I upgrade shipping?

You can upgrade shipping to Priority or Priority Express during check out.

Purchasing priority or priority express shipping does not change your ship by date but it will shorten your shipping time.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Can you make a custom order?

WE CANNOT CREATE NEW DESIGNS DURING PEAK SEASON AUG - JAN
Please message or email us before you place a new custom order (this doesn't include items already listed in our store). For example: Please do not purchase a listing then send a picture of a custom order request without making arrangements prior to ordering. We cannot guarantee that we will have time or resources to accommodate your custom order if you purchase without getting approval first. Especially during holiday and peak seasons so please message us before you purchase to make certain we can perform your custom request.
